Review: Missing Link

This is going to be a short one since I’m busy today, but I felt that I should recommend to all you that you should all go see Missing Link. I know you’re probably saving money for Avengers: Endgame, believe me I am too. However, Laika has once again made a really good claymation movie and you should support.

I know all the trailers make it look like a silly, throwaway movie, but it’s surprisingly poignant. It actually shocked me with its open critique of elitism, particularly as it relates to both imperialism/colonialism and isolationism. Yes, I’m serious. Go watch it. Even if its just to see Laika show off what they’re animation chops.
